Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
Hivy is a shared, nested context store for AI agents, run by GuusLab (Guus Kaashoek) in the Netherlands. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Hivy.
Your account
- You sign in with Nemi. You can link more than one Nemi account to the same Hivy account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including everything your agents do with the tokens you create.
- Keep agent tokens secret. Revoke a token on the Agents page as soon as you think it leaked.
Your content
- Everything you and your agents write in Hivy stays yours. We do not claim any ownership.
- You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show your content back to you and your agents.
- We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it.
- Do not store passwords, API keys or other secrets in pages; Hivy is not a password manager.
Acceptable use
Do not use Hivy to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- store or spread malware, or content that exploits or harms people;
- attack, overload or probe Hivy or other people's accounts, or get around rate limits;
- resell access to Hivy without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why when we can.
Availability
We work to keep Hivy fast and online, but provide it "as is", without guarantees of uptime or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything important: Settings lets you export everything at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, GuusLab (Guus Kaashoek) is not liable for indirect damage, lost data or lost profit from using Hivy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
Ending
You can stop at any time. Delete your data in Settings, or email privacy@nemilab.com to have your account removed entirely. We may stop offering Hivy; we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.
Changes
We may update these terms. For changes that matter we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
